Domi Aloisii Loft 1 – Flat with covered terrace (4 people)
This flat consists of a wide room, which can give hospitality to 4 people with same number of beds (a double bed and a divan-bed provided of 2 single beds), a four people table with chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator. It has also a provided and elegant heated bathroom, complete of wash-basin, aerator, shower box and bidet. There is moreover a dressing room, with a wardrobe and a washing machine, which separates the bedroom from the bathroom. Besides, rising 5 steps from flat, it enters in an indoors 18 m² terrace, which is furnished like a sitting-room opened towards outside.
Domi Aloisii Loft 2 – Flat (3 people)
This flat has two outside windows that face Viale Giuseppe Mazzini, a wide avenue separated by green lawns, benches and tall trees. It consists of a wide room which can give hospitality to 3 people with same number of beds (a double bed and a divan-bed). There is a provided and elegant heated bathroom, complete of washbasin, aerator, shower box and bidet. The living-room area includes a completely equipped kitchen with refrigerator, a washing machine, a four people table with chairs and a divan-bed. Finally, a wardrobe divides the living-room/kitchen from the double bed.
We inform the kind guests that both lofts and the main entrance of holiday house are cleaned and sanitized after the emergency COVID 19 with the following products:
- ALCOR disinfectant degreasing for all surfaces.
- BIOSPOT disinfectant chlorine-active in tablet, for the floor.
Dispenser for hand hygienic soap is positioned, at the entrance of holiday house and it is available for all guests will stay.
To sanitize both lofts at every departure of guests it has used an ozone generator “OZ020”, in accordance with directive EU2012/19/EU.
